The state-of-the-art facility will deliver 24/7 security operations center (SOC) monitoring for commercial banks, telecom backbones, energy grids, and government ministries across Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Ghana, and neighboring states.
The center also incorporates an advanced cyber defense academy designed to train 1,500 West African engineers annually in threat intelligence, cloud encryption, and ethical security testing, addressing the critical deficit of local cybersecurity specialists.
